Terms & Conditions

Customers are automatically enrolled in the program, provided:

• You are a residential customer (seasonal, recreational and bulk metered multi-unit residential accounts excluded)
   
• You have an active account with twelve months billing data at the same premises preceding the program season (July 1, 2006 to July 1, 2007)
   
• You have an active account at the same premises for the full program season (July 1, 2007 to August 31, 2007)
