COVID-19: Off-Peak Pricing in Effect for 45 days

The Government of Ontario is providing temporary 45-day emergency relief to support Ontarians impacted by the global COVID-19 outbreak. As of Tuesday, March 24, 2020, households, farms and small businesses that pay time-of-use electricity rates will be charged off-peak rates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Off-Peak price of electricity is 10.1 ₵/kWh. This price will apply for 45 days starting with electricity consumed on March 24, 2020. Electricity consumed prior to this date will be billed at standard Time-of-Use rates.

The new pricing applies automatically. No customer action is required.
