On occasion, due to restricted access we are unable to read your meter. When this happens, a card will be left at your door.

Halton Hills Hydro Inc. is pleased to offer you the ability to submit your meter readings online.

Why Submit Online?
Estimated readings can result in over or under billing. This could result in an unusually high bill.

Reading Your Meter
Locate your electricity meter and follow the instructions on the card to get your own reading. The dials on the meter turn clockwise and counter-clockwise. Record the placement of the pointer on each dial by reading from left to right. Record the lowest number if the pointer is between two numbers. If the pointer is between 0 and 9, then record number 9.
