We are currently experiencing delays in sending and receiving mail due to COVID-19 impacts at Canada Post.

Receiving your bill: Sign up for Paperless Billing and never worry about missing a bill again. Paperless billing is a better choice for the environment and the safest way to receive your bill during a pandemic. Log in to AccountOnline or call our office to sign up for paperless billing today.

Bill Payment: The safest options for payment are online or through automatic withdrawal.

Online Payment: You can make payment through your financial institution’s website, visit our AccountOnline portal or pay online here.

Pre-Authorized Payments: Never be late again. With pre-authorized payments, funds are automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date of your bill.

With Pre-authorized payments, you have two options. You can elect to have the full payment withdrawn on the due date each month, or, for residential customers, you can opt for our equal payment plan. If you like to know what expenses are coming up, and prefer even monthly payments, then our Equal Payment Plan service is the right fit for you. We estimate your average monthly consumption over 12 months and set an average monthly payment amount. We review your payment amount twice per year to ensure your payments are on track.
